Client arrested a five separate times over the course of a year and a half and was charged with ten offenses including drug trafficking, felony drug possession, and gun charges. He was facing the possibility of decades in prison. Ultimately, we were able to convince the state to dismiss eight of the ten charges and to have him enroll in the Drug Treatment Court program which allows him to avoid a prison sentence.
